1983 Watkins 32 Sailboat set up for cruising or a live aboard boat. I purchased the boat new and have maintained it in good condition and it is ready to sail away today.

The boat is located in the water at my home in Ft Lauderdale FL. In 2000 the boat was reconditioned, and the original Yanmar 3GMD 22 HP saltwater-cooled diesel engine was replaced with a new Yanmar 3GM 27HP freshwater-cooled engine and the sails were replaced with new.

Edson pedestal steering including Danfort C55 Constellation Compass Twin anchor platform with two self-storing anchors and SeaWolf electric windless. Anchor one is 35# CQR with 80 ft of chain and 200 ft of rope. Anchor two is 25# Danforth  with 18 ft of chain and 200 ft of rope. Five gallon hot water heater electric or engine water heated. Sails 155% Genoa with Cruising Design reefer furling gear. New Main sail used only once. Full Bimini top with removable dodger plastic panels. Cabin and V berth Air conditioning when connected to shore Pressure water system to galley and lavatory. Lavatory has hot water shower and new toilet. Waste holding tank and valves to control discharge to sea when off shore and also a new Macerator pump to dump holding tank  overboard when at sea. Cabin equipped with TV and Radio. Galley has Microwave and 110 outlets and a two burner alcohol gambled stove  with oven 110 volt Electrical power is either supplied from a 2000 watt inverter or shore power cord provided. Twelve volt electrical power system consists of six batteries, Balmar 70 amp high output alternator Heart Smart and and a Heart Smart voltage regulator. Battery Charger is a Heart 100 amp charger. There are two refrigerated boxes one is a combination refrigerator/Freezer the other is a Refrigerator/Cooler. Both boxes contain holding plates that can be frozen by either the engine driven refrigeration system or a small 12 volt The boat is equipped with Davits to carry the 8 ft Hard bottom inflatable and 3.5 Nissan outboard motor. A wheel Auto-pilot with remote control and a second spare auto pilot. Depth Meter Speed Log GPS coupled to auto pilot and plug in cabin for a laptop computer. Apelco VHF 8500 Diesel fuel system contains three external filters and water separator.
